We reserve the right to refuse service to areas that are prone to vandalism or theft.
We reserve the right to refuse service during extreme weather conditions.
Pre-payment is required.  Balloons or other objects MAY NOT be attached to our signs.

So as not to disturb the recipient or the neighbors and avoid calls to the police, we try to avoid setting up signs during the middle of the night, especially during summer months when widows are open.  If you know the recipient's work/school/activity schedule and know of a time that they would not be home please enter it below.
