Sorry I did not get back to you sooner,
but we received the balance of the order on Friday. A few days
after we discussed our little shipping issue, I believe I discovered
the root cause of the problem. Throughout my yard I was
finding Hershey Kiss wrappers with the 'Happily Ever After'
sticker. Apparently what happened was squirrels tore open the
box and ripped into the bags to steal and bury the Kisses. (I guess
everyone loves them!) This explains the dirt that was found in
some of the bags. I want to thank you for your quick and
professional response in addressing our 'alleged' shipping quality
problem...... Thanks again for your help.
